Is the boat really private?
Yes. Every journey is one boat for your group only. We never add other guests.
How many people fit on one boat?
Up to 8 guests. The price covers the first 4, and each extra guest is added at a set rate shown before you pay.
What do I pay now, and what on the day?
A deposit online secures your boat. The balance is paid in cash or by transfer on the day of your trip.
Are national park fees included?
No. Park fees are set by the national park and paid on the day. We show the amount per person before you book.
Can I change my date?
Yes, free of charge with enough notice and when the new date is open. See the cancellation policy for details.
What if the weather is bad?
If the captain decides it is unsafe to go, we move your trip to another day or refund your deposit in full.
