Booking terms

These terms apply to every trip booked with Krabi Escape, a private longtail boat service based in Ao Nang, Krabi, Thailand. By making a booking you agree to them, together with our cancellation policy.

Your booking: a booking is confirmed once we have received your deposit and sent you a confirmation with your voucher. Until then the date is not guaranteed.

Prices: all prices are in Thai baht and are for the whole private boat, not per person, unless stated otherwise. What is included is shown on each journey page and on your voucher. National park fees are paid in cash at the park when the journey says so.

Payment: the deposit is paid online by card through Stripe, our payment provider; we never see or store your card number. The balance is paid on the day of your trip, in cash or online before the trip.

Changes and cancellations: see our cancellation policy. Changes are made by message on WhatsApp or by email and are confirmed by us in writing.

Weather and safety: the sea decides. Your captain may change the route, the order of the islands or the timing, or shorten the trip, when weather, tides or safety require it. If we cancel a trip before departure because it is not safe to go, you can move to another date or receive a full refund of what you paid.

On board: please be ready at your pickup point on time, tell us in advance about allergies, medical conditions, pregnancy or anything that affects your safety at sea, and follow the crew's safety instructions. Life jackets are on board for every guest; children must wear one. Guests who are drunk or unsafe may be refused boarding.

Your belongings: please look after your phones, cameras and valuables; we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during the trip.
