Cancellation policy

Deposit: a 30% deposit confirms your private boat. The balance is paid on the day of your trip.

Cancel 14 days or more before your trip date: your deposit is refunded in full.

Cancel less than 14 days before your trip, or no-show: the deposit is not refunded, and nothing further is charged.

Change of date: free if you tell us 14 days or more before your trip and a boat is available on the new date. Otherwise the cancellation terms above apply.

How to cancel: bookings can't be cancelled on the website. Contact us on WhatsApp or by email, and our team will cancel the booking and confirm in writing.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, within 5–10 business days.
